This garlic originated from the Republic of Georgia between the Black Sea and Caspian Sea. This is a large garlic which is resistant to many garlic diseases. The raw taste is robust, but not unpleasantly hot – great flavor great for pesto & salsas. When roasted is becomes smooth and buttery. Georgian Crystal is one of the longer storing porcelains.
